Both capitals reached the board off-wire, and only one of them is corroborated

What happened
The Mariupol corridor came first at 04:20 UTC, from the Russian milblogger cluster at 38 mentions and two sources. Moscow followed at 06:00 through the state-media cluster, source TASS, at 35 mentions. The Donetsk axis came at 06:12, again from the milbloggers, source Rybar, at 95 mentions. Kyiv closed at 07:30 through UA/OSINT, source WarTranslated, at 120 mentions, 2.05 times the board median of 58.5. Three clusters carried the four; five of the board's eighteen signals entered via Telegram, and four of those five are these. On the Moscow node, TASS reported at 11:34 UTC that almost 1,900 drones heading for Moscow had been shot down in a week. The Ukrainian counter-claim sits on the Ukraine actor and region nodes, not on Kyiv's: Ukrainska Pravda carried Ukraine's General Staff at 11:08 reporting strikes on an oil depot, tankers and the vessel Svetlyak, and WarTranslated relayed it at 11:24.
What it means
The measurable finding is the routing, not the events. Every eastern-axis signal reached us off-wire; the Gulf theatre entered mostly through agency traffic and burst clustering. The capitals sit at very different points on the instrument: Kyiv at intensity 0.70, high severity, seven sources, a driver of the composite threat level; Moscow at 0.45, elevated, two sources, 0.60 of the board median, not a driver. What the data does not support is any account of what happened. The claims we can trace back originate with a belligerent: TASS is Russian state media, and the Ukrainska Pravda item carries Ukraine's General Staff. For the NPR and Al Jazeera casualty counts the file records no origin at all. The WarTranslated item relays the statement Ukrainska Pravda already carried: two entries, one origin. The Kyiv node's four evidence items describe nothing in Kyiv: attacks on Russian regions, the ousted defence minister, street protests, a culture item. Russia and Ukraine carry identical region scores of 0.40; the match is in the scale.
What we're watching
Whether Moscow moves off unverified. It is the only one of the four with no graph edge to the Russia-Ukraine axis; its tension edge points to Russia-China, while three of its four evidence items report attacks on Russia and the fourth an air-defence transfer. Either a correct narrative classification or a model gap. Whether the figure of eight killed gains independent confirmation: NPR at 10:45 reports 8 killed and more than 60 wounded, Al Jazeera at 11:10 at least 8, Tagesschau at 10:49 deaths without a number, attributed to Russia. The file does not say where either sourced it. And whether Mariupol and Donetsk, unverified at two and three sources, pick up outlets.
Based on the 4 eastern-axis signals of 18 on the board, all off-wire between 04:20 and 07:30 UTC — 4 of the board's 5 Telegram-first entries — at 38 / 35 / 95 / 120 mentions against a board median of 58.5; Kyiv partially corroborated at 7 sources, Moscow unverified at 2.
