About two hours earlier (16:10 UTC), the Telegram channel WarTranslated had already circulated a claim naming the target as Dmitry Neyelov, described as tied to abuse of Ukrainian POWs and civilians. Both items appear as evidence under the 'Donetsk axis' entity, alongside two same-day TASS reports about Ukrainian shelling of Donetsk settlements and use of Western-made missiles — a separate thread from the shelling reports the aggregate 'conflict signal, high severity' label does not distinguish.
