All three were raised by entity-burst detection across our RSS layer, which is what the method is built for: it catches co-movement in coverage before any single outlet frames it as one story. Intensity separates them clearly. Kuwait is the heaviest at 272 mentions and 0.78 intensity, scored high severity and sitting 4.6 times above the board median.
